Meditations ON DEATH

Death a form change of one thing into another.

Death is not death.  Death & Birth into something new, the moment can be observed as the same.

Do not despise death, but be well content with it, since this too is one of those things which nature wills. -Marcus Aurelius

“Molecules form and dissolve, returning to the primordial soup of atoms. But consciousness survives the death of the molecules on which it rides. What was once a bundle of energy in a sunbeam turns into a leaf, only to fall and change again into soil.... The actual energy present in the sunbeam experiences no change at all.” -Deepak Chopra

Death may be the greatest of all human blessings. - Socrates

Death - the last sleep? No, it is the final awakening -Sir Walter Scott

Only those who have dared to let go can dare to re-enter. -Meister Eckhart

Death is but an aspect of life, and the destruction of one material form is but a prelude to building up of another.  -Annie Besant

Every night, when I go to sleep, I die. Every morning, when I wake up, I am reborn. -Mahatma Gandhi

It's important to accept the brilliant nature of nature. Matter turning into form, then to energy, then back into formlessness, then to form. If I lift the veil, peak behind the curtain, I know I can capture its portrait.
